Janette took the model number from my old ‘burnt out’ built-in microwave. She ordered a perfect match for the original. They set up the installation and took care of recycling the old unit. I’ll definitely return to this company when I need more electrical stuff. Great job!

I got my gas stove on January 6, 2023, and it arrived on January 9 without any issues. Appliance Spares Direct was super helpful and got my gas stove to me real quick. The delivery guy was friendly and nice too. The only downside is that the top lid doesn’t stay down; it pops back up and sits about 25mm above where it should be when closed. I've got an engineer coming on February 2 to sort that out. Other than that, the stove seems to be cooking just fine so far.
